Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Cravee Fetch is a personal shopping and delivery service operated by 2634428 Alberta Inc. ("Cravee," "we," "us"), serving Beaverlodge, Wembley, Hythe, La Glace, Valhalla Centre, and surrounding Peace Country communities, with scheduled Runs to Grande Prairie. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. What Fetch does

Fetch connects you with an independent local shopper ("driver") who purchases items from a store of your choosing and delivers them to your address. Fetch is a personal shopping and delivery service, not a retailer — we do not own, stock, or guarantee the availability of any item at any store.

3. Solo Fetch and Scheduled Runs

You may place an order as a Solo Fetch (a dedicated trip for your order alone) or by joining a Scheduled Run (a shared trip to a store, split with other customers). On a Scheduled Run, each customer's order, shopping list, and payment remain separate.

You may cancel your order at no charge any time before a driver claims the Run. Once a driver has claimed the Run, your order can no longer be cancelled through the app; contact us directly for assistance.

4. Item approval and substitutions

Your driver will photograph each item before purchasing it. You may approve, request a substitution, or decline any item before it is bought. Items you decline are not purchased and are not included in your total.

5. Pricing and payment

Your order total is based on the actual receipt from the store, plus:

• A delivery fee ($5 minimum for the first 3 km, then $1/km beyond — or a flat fee set for Scheduled Runs)
• A shopping fee of $0.50 per approved item
• A service fee of 15%, calculated on your final receipt total

Payment is collected at your door once your order arrives, by the payment method your driver has available. You will see the full itemized total, including all fees, before you pay.

6. Availability and substitutions beyond our control

Store inventory, pricing, and hours are outside our control and can change without notice. We are not responsible for items that are out of stock, price differences at checkout, or store policies that limit what your driver can purchase (such as age-restricted items or purchase limits).

7. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, a reachable phone number, and a clear, honest shopping list. You must be legally able to receive any age-restricted items (such as alcohol) you order, and available to verify your age at the door where required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

Cravee Fetch facilitates the shopping and delivery trip; we are not liable for the quality, safety, or fitness of items purchased from third-party stores. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Fetch after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
